This is a single variety extra virgin Koroneiki olive oil from olive groves in the Argolida region (Peloponnisos) with low acidity, produced exclusively by Certified Organic Growers.
The olives are harvested selectively by hand, during the autumn period, around the end of November. This oil is characterized by the bright green color, the aroma of freshly cut olives, the spicy aftertaste and of course the characteristic rich taste of Koroneiki olive oil which make it unique and irreplaceable worldwide.
The difference between Organic and conventional olive oil lies in the way the olives are grown, harvested and packaged.

The olives are harvested in mid-November from the ripe fruit of centuries-old olive trees. The aromatic manaki and the high-quality Koroneiki variety offer a unique combination of characteristics in the Mycenaean extra virgin olive oil, capable of satisfying the most demanding palates.

Olive pomace oil is the solid residue obtained from the olive oil production process (during pressing or centrifugation) the acidity does not exceed 1.0% per 100 grams.
